My garage door would not open and the motor tore off the garage door attachment. He adjusted the top roller on one side and was able to release the jam and open the door. He installed a new bracket that was designed for that door to better support and hold the garage door attachment. He showed me how the rollers were made of plastic and wearing down, creating friction and making the door harder to open. He replaced ten rollers for a fair price of $125. The were wrapped in nylon and had ball bearings, much higher quality that the original ones. He also secured an electronic device that was at risk of getting caught in the chain. He has a flat rate of $125, whether the repair takes 5 minutes or up to an hour. He waived that fee and only charged me to install the new bracket and the rollers. The total was $250 and I was expecting a much higher bill. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. He also sprayed. a special lubricant on all moving parts on the garage door, rollers, springs and chain. I bought more of it later so I can do this myself. Great guy and no unnecessary upselling. He will not take advantage of you. He lives in Wake Forest and is a real asset to our community."
