"I called Matt because my garage door would not open on the 1st try. I had a wheel replaced a few weeks ago the door was fine. When this started to happen I noticed another wheel popped off. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would. He even texted when he was 30 mins out. He inspected the door and found multiple wheels were failing. He worked quickly and cleanly. Once done he explained additional maintenance that would eventually be needed. He did not try to have me do the additional work at this time I will call Matt when my garage door is in need. Neat, honest and polite! Thanks Matt."

"Amazing work!!! I would highly recommend Matt for garage high lift installation. He removed the 2 old center garage units and installed the side mounts that gave me more space and a quicker opening."

"Needed a high lift door installation so I could install a car lift in my garage. Searched for a company that had experience and make recommendations on what needed to be done. Matt @ The Ranch Garage Doors was just the guy. With a side mount (jack shaft) garage door opener, Matt made the necessary adjustments and additions to get me what I needed. His attention to detail and eye for perfection were qualities that backed up his 25+ years of experience. Whether you’re a car person or just in need of more ceiling space in your shop / garage, Matt @ The Ranch Garage Doors is your guy!"

"Matt ix extremely professional, highly skilled, and does great work at a very fair price. I found The Ranch Garage Doors NC using Chat GPT. They were ranked the highest. My garage door would not open and the motor tore off the garage door attachment. He adjusted the top roller on one side and was able to release the jam and open the door. He installed a new bracket that was designed for that door to better support and hold the garage door attachment. He showed me how the rollers were made of plastic and wearing down, creating friction and making the door harder to open. He replaced ten rollers for a fair price of $125. The were wrapped in nylon and had ball bearings, much higher quality that the original ones. He also secured an electronic device that was at risk of getting caught in the chain. He has a flat rate of $125, whether the repair takes 5 minutes or up to an hour. He waived that fee and only charged me to install the new bracket and the rollers. The total was $250 and I was expecting a much higher bill. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. He also sprayed. a special lubricant on all moving parts on the garage door, rollers, springs and chain. I bought more of it later so I can do this myself. Great guy and no unnecessary upselling. He will not take advantage of you. He lives in Wake Forest and is a real asset to our community."

"I was pleasantly amazed how quickly and reasonably Matt responded to our screeching garage door. Closing the door in our newly purchased home, it sounded like a wild cat turned loose in a barrel of mice. Matt recommended some much improved ball bearing rollers and expertly placed lubrication all around. Job well done!"

"Matt did a great job fixing my garage door. He replaced the bottom seal quickly and professionally, and made sure everything was done properly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Matt to anyone needing garage door repairs. Best of luck to his daughter as she embarks on her college journey. Wishing her nothing but success in this exciting new chapter."

"Matt was great. Fixed broken door and put in new quieter rollers. Called on a Saturday and he came out same day."

"Matt was very helpful as well as professional. He explained the how's and whys. Matt quoted and guaranteed an outcome that was truly accurate. He has been added as a contact for future issues or reference."

"My garage door wouldn’t close all the way as the wires from the spring were all twisted up. To be honest, my garage door was quite old and dilapidated that I had contemplated in replacing it. Next few days I called few garage repair places to schedule a service visit but all indicated that it would be a week or later. I saw an online video by Matt Leto of The Ranch Garage Door Repair and was impressed by his presentation. I called him and was able to get a service visit on Saturday. Matt arrived on Saturday and took a look at my garage door and said the good news was that the garage door can be repaired and gave me a reasonable estimate. I already had a new garage door opener and I had it installed by him as well. He replacing the old spring with a better new one. He modified and fixed the door to better fit the door frame. He took his time to ensure all parts were meticulously installed and adjusted. Upon completion of his service, the garage door looked and worked perfectly. I am a one happy customer! I would highly recommend Matt Leto and The Ranch NC for all your garage door service needs."

"Matt was exceptional to work with. He was available fast when our garage door broke and was on time, flexible, and stayed in perfect communication leading up to our appointment. Upon arriving to my door, which I was afraid would need to be replaced, he gave me a full run down of what went wrong, what was needed to fix it, and offered me the truth as opposed to upselling me on a full replacement. The expertise he provided led us to make the right decision on how to move forward. He arrived back as expected with parts to essentially rebuild our door, upgraded springs and installed nylon rollers giving the old sagging and buckled door the support and balance needed to operate properly. Not to mention quietly and with ease!
